So here are the rules:

4. Take a very close look at the picture below and guess what amount I spent out of pocket for everything. (this was a weekend shopping trip to Walmart)

1. The first person to complete all requirements and come close to but not over the amount (amount needs to include tax, FL tax rate is 7%)
2. A randomly chosen contestant who comes close to but not over the amount (amount needs to include tax, FL tax rate is 7%).
